ORA-16685: this database does not receive redo data
Cause:
The RedoRoutes property for two or more databases were set such that this database did not receive redo data.
Action:
Check the setting of the RedoRoutes property for all members of the configuration. Ensure that at least one member's RedoRoutes property value is set to ship redo data to this database. Also check the transport state of the database that sends redo data to this database.
