ORA-16766: Redo Apply is stopped
Cause:
Redo Apply was stopped when it should have been running.
Action:
Check the alert log to see why Redo Apply terminated, correct any problems that may exist, and restart Redo Apply by setting the physical standby database state to APPLY-ON.
